I'm REALLY ticked off at Netscape Webmail.
I've had an email address with Netscape Webmail for quite some time now
(several years now and before the AOL days!). Then, all of a sudden
several months ago, I've had to slightly modify my log-in but without
changes to my email address change. Being a nice guy, I obliged and added
a consonant to my email name, then a few days ago, they changed my email
address by using the modified log-in name.
As a result I attempted to reverse this decision they made without checking
with me - in vain. Therefore, I've asked them to delete my service with
them - effective immediately.
I used to be an ardent user of the earlier versions of Netscape going back
to Mosaic! I'm no longer using Communicator because it really screwed my
system a couple of years ago, have never used Messenger and am not
interested either! The basic idea of AOL sucks too. Who needs either
today? I'll stick with IE, and ICQ (although owned by AOL still works very
well!)!
Netscape really sucks all the way around today!
