On all releases of netscape 4.x (and earlier), I can right-click on a
url, get a pop-up window, move to "open in new window" selection and
click (opening the URL in a new window).
On mozilla 15, 16, 17, 18, 0.6, etc and netscape 6.xs, if I right
click on a URL, i get the pop-up window but if i move the mouse at all
the pop-up window immediately disappears (no ability to select "open
in new window").
I am running tweak ui with mouse settings set to "follow"
... i.e. x-mouse mode ... on nt4sp6 ... which may or may not have
anything to do with it.
