The main point here is trying to understand Mozilla's caching mechansim.i.e.
trying to figure what does happen, as opposed to what should happen.
As regards CSS inheritence, my understanding is that iframe inheritence
ought to be supported PROVIDED that the document within an iframe came
from the same domain. (although I disagree with this)
The top/parent functionality allowing access to the parent document's
functions suggests that this is what the javascript designers originally
intended e.g. a tree structured compound document with inheritence?.
