saving images

Hi
I am having problems saving images,when I click the save image heading I
only get the text and empty panes with icons with a question mark where
the images should appear,I have checked my preferences according to the
netscape 4.5 help to no avail is there something else i should be doing?
I am running windows 98 and using netscape 4.5 communicator as the
browser
any help much appreciated.
