You mean the 'N' netscape throbber logo (as opposed to the M used by Mozilla)?
If you have a copy of Netscape 6 look in the Netscape6\chrome directory
and look in the modern.jar file (it's just a zip file so you can open
using WinZip if you're using Windows).
and look for the file animthrob.gif within this jarfile
Please note that this icon belongs to Netscape so you're not free to use
it in any non-Netscape products that you want to distribute, you if
you're designing your own Mozilla skin please don't use Netscape's icon.
