We are currently working on bypassing the Mozilla profile mechanism, or
rather duplicating into a different directory with a different
registry. Then it will not conflict with existing Mozilla builds. A
version of Komodo released in at some point in the near future will have
this change. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
