Posting these here is not all that useful. If there aren't bugs on these
things then they are NOT going to get fixed by themselves. If there ARE bugs
filed then watch them and you'll know when it's worth looking to see if they
are fixed to your satisfaction before you waste time downloading a build.

LiveConnect is not proprietary to Netscape. Netscape invented it, but it is
part of the code Netscape donated to Open Source. It may be in various
states of brokenness, but that's a different thing entirely; there are
several active bugs about getting LiveConnect to work properly.
