The win32 installer
<http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2001-01-22-08-Mtrunk/mozilla-win32-installer.exe>
does have PSM. I'm not sure what's wrong with your build but the win32
builds all had a working PSM yesterday. Did you delete your previous
install completely before installing yesterday's build?
