Actually, it is a problem on the win32 builds. It is a problem for all
the builds I believe. I'm pretty sure you all are talking about
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56135 If so then it happens
when you copy any text from any widget like the URLbar, the addressing
fields in mail, textfields in web pages, etc.
