I don't think anyone was talking about changing the default Mozilla browser,
the question came from one guy who wanted to change his own browser
behavior. I don't see why you would have a problem with offering this
behavior change as an option if enough people want it; it could be extremely
useful in creating a "kiosk" type application for a library, for example.
