Address Book help needed

Which files do I need to move if I want to import a Netscape 6 address 
book into Mozilla 0.7?  I would also like to import my NS6 address book 
as the "Personal Address Book"  if it's possible, instead of making 
another address book.

Thanks a million.  I asked in the Mail-News group, but still havn't 
gotten a reply, thats why I'm posting here.
