Mozilla doesn't run on Win2k

I haven't been able to run mozilla on Win2k for a few days. I get a
crash in NSPR:EventReceiver before the splash screen even shows. I have
deleted the moz profile and moz registry.dat. I also tried removing my
NN4 plugins folder. Anyone else see this?
