The title is used similar to EE or ME (electrical Engineer or Mechanical
Engineer), PhD, Md or so on. I passed an exam and have a right to use
the title. I even sign my name on personal checks withe the CET at the
end.
If you have a More impressive title feel free to use it. I'm not trying
to impress anyone its just part of my name now.
I had to pass a rather rigorous exam in order to use it.
