Yup, voting against some bugs would be really neat. I am always afraid
that CC'ing myself to bugs I absolutely want to be prevented from
being "fixed" could be interpreted as interested in getting it fixed.
Transferring votes of duplicates sounds really reasonable as well.
Anyone who files a bug about this? number? You'll get my vote :-)
