Searching from selection

Here's an idea:

I want to be able to select some text in a web page, right click it, and
be able to do a search on that selection.

I would want the right-click menu to be able to have different types of
searches - for example, 'dictionary', 'thesaurus', 'google'.

I would then not need to cut and paste it into the a sidebar panel.
