1) Make sure your code validates:
http://validator.w3.org/ and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/
If the code validates and Mozilla still doesn't display it correctly, file
a bug in Bugzilla via the URL:
http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html , paying attention to
the notes at the top, which suggest other reasons for the problem.
