Says you - I'm running 0.8/Gecko 20010215 on Windows, and it
takes nearly two minutes to start on a K2-300/128Mram/Win98SE.
That's well over a minute and a half too long.
I don't particularly care for using up RAM and resources to
speed things up. But I can't say it's reasonably quick to boot,
either.
