And on Linux it is just the red star - one of state emblems of the
former Soviet Union, as well as in fact modern Russia where it is still
used on military planes and vehicles.
I do not think that using any national emblem for Mozilla is a good
idea. Using the Soviet one is even worse :-(
BTW, if the star was supposed toshow how revolutionary Mozilla is, the
symbol should be rather the red flag, rather than star. This does not
mean that I believe that a much better idea.
