Navigator <> Mozilla

Hi,
I just downloaded Win32-0.81-zipfile of Mozilla (binary).
I liked it very much compared to IE5, but the perfomance is a mess.
Ok, my question: The quick launch bar, where you can start the Browser,
Composer, Mail, ....  If I don't move my mouse pointer over the symbol with
the steering whell (launches the browser) the quick help called it
"Navigator". Is the browser called Mozilla or Navigator? Its a bug or a
.....?
