How do I move the Users50 directory?

Hi

I would like to move the Users50 directory to a different location, e.g.
D:/Mozilla/Users. How do I do this?

Also, is there a way to turn off the *.slt directory format. I
understand the reason it is used for security purposes, but that isn't
too much of an issue for me.
