You can try running "netscap6.exe -installer"

Manually importing is fairly simple, should the installer fail:
Address book:
In Communicator, open the address book and EXPORT it to an LDIF
format. In Netscape 6, IMPORT the ldif file.

Bookmarks:
Copy NETSCAPE\USERS\[userid]\BOOKMARKS.HTM to
\WINDOWS\APPLICATION DATA\NETSCAPE[MOZILLA]\*.SLT\USERS\[userid]
Rename the file to BOOKMARKS.HTML

Copy the MAIL folders from and to the same places.

NOTE: Netscape 6 is NOT an upgrade product, it is completely new
software. It is also only Beta grade software, and not read to
perform as a primary internet suite. I strongly recommend that
you stick with Communicator 4.xx for your primary software, and
only use Netscape 6.0x as an experiment.
