It's not weird at all. It's a common hazard of virtual hosting.
When you don't define a virtual host in apache, it tends to just
pick the first host listed in the config file. So if "www.mozillazine.org"
is defined, but not "www.mozillazine.org:443" (443 is the SSL port), the
first will take you to right place, and the second will take you somewhere
else.
Mozillazine has no need for SSL, so they just never bothered to configure
it.
