What you can do is ask in a Netscape 4.x newsgroup, like
snews://secnews.netscape.com/netscape.communicator . This newsgroup is
for work on the Mozilla browser project (http://www.mozilla.org/), which
is the basis of Netscape 6, K-Meleon, Beonex, and other browsers.
