Support for Hebrew and other bidirectional languages is currently in
process of being checked in to Mozilla. Meanwhile you can download an
experimental (Win32) build from
ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/experimental/bidi/bidibin.zip
and/or follow the progress of the project at
www.mozilla.org/projects/intl/bidi-progress.html
