transfering groups and prefs?

I just built a new computer and installed Netscape 4.76 on it.  The
Netscape 4.76 on my old computer has my preferences, bookmarks and
newsgroup subs and history.  Would someone be so kind as to explain how
I can transfer all that from the old computer to the new?  Thank you in
advance!

New computer is running Win98SE and the old is running Win98 upgrade
from Win95.
