Which version of Netscape?

A friend sends E-mail which includes this line in the header:

   X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.5[en]C-CCK-MCD  (Win95; I)

I want to export  contact files (from Outlook 200 and Outlook Express) which
he can import, and I want to provide helpful instructions about how to
import the files.

Which version of Netscape does he use? Where can I download or find
documentation?

Can you point me to information?
