Tab Function

Downloaded the latest nightly this morning (Build 2001050420) and have 
found that Moz has taken over ALL functions of my TAB key while it is 
running.  TAB simply task-switches from that application to my last Moz 
window.  This happens in word processors, spreadsheets, web forms. 
Rebooting and restarting does not fix it.  Anyone else seeing this?
