That's not a stylesheet property. It looks like a bit of JavaScript.

Those are the official specifications for CSS1 and CSS2.

I think it's an IE-only DOM extention.

Runs some bit of JavaScript when the context menu is invoked. I would guess
that setting it to "false" would prevent any context menu from appearing,
but I really don't know.
