Mozilla isn't a "everyday use" browser, it's a development project,
although it could be used as one. You just have to be aware of that
certain risks exists and forgo the use of certain features (for example,
LDAP isn't in Mozilla 0.9, but recently added to the nightlies and still
in the process of being "polished").
One of the things that you have to forgo is official tech support. There
isn't any official Mozilla tech support, since it is intended for
developers and people (largely volunteers) willing to test Mozilla and
report bugs and enhancement suggestions. Some people at irc.mozilla.org
that sometimes help out. People do use these developers' newsgroups for
tech support and do get replies, but I'm not sure what's the official
position (if any) on this about using the developers' groups this way.
Some people also post off-topic discussions at MozillaZine.org about
certain problems.
