Dear Sir or Madam,
I have looked at your site for some time in an attempt to find the
newsgroup or the person to whom I would direct a comment generated by an
enduser, namely myself, but I wasn't able to locate it. I hope you'll
excuse me if I am directing my concerns to the wrong person.
As an enduser, and not a developer, I am concerned above all about the
stability of the browser I use. For sometime I have been attempting to
find a browser that doesn't crash every other time I use it, and so far
this search has been to no avail.
In pursuing this "grail", I've gone to several discussion forums about
internet web browsers, and opinion seems divided as to what browser
crashes the least. Incontestably, the problem of crashing seems to be
people's greatest concern.
It's hard for me as a lay user to understand concerns for more bells and
whistles on a browser when the paramount issue is just keeping the damn
thing running, and not crashing.
I would urge you and your fellow developers to focus on stability as the
single issue most important to us regular users. We want something that
doesn't crash, you can add extras after that problem is solved.
