netscape.public.mozilla.general is not a forum for Netscape 4.x
issues. It is for development on the Mozilla browser project
(http://www.mozilla.org), which is the basis of Netscape 6, Galeon,
Beonex, and other browsers, and is unrelated to the Netscape
Communicator code base.
