For some reason I can only use milestone 0.9 - for the past couple of
days I've tried to use the nightly buids (on my Win98 SE machine) but
they won't even start. Right after the splash screen stays up there for
about ten seconds a close program dialogue pops up with the following
details:

never fail, this happens everytime and I have to go back to milestone
0.9 which works fine- is this normal?
