Mozilla Modules Part 2

(This is somewhat related to my other thread, but not exactly...)

Say when Mozilla 1.0 comes out, I download the installer and then just 
the Navigator component.  I install this and it works well.  I then 
decide that I might want to check out Mail / News as well.  Is it / will 
it be possible to add modules to an existing install?  This would seem a 
good idea for third-party modules as well.
