Ad URLs showing up on recently daily builds

Anyone else noticed how advertisement URls have been showing up in the URL 
window instead of the correct URL for the page?

I'm guessing that the various other links within a page are being put in the 
URL window as they are loaded. Or maybe Javascript page shifting that is done 
beneath the covers in order to set cookies is causing the top URL window to 
change when the shifting happens and then not to go back to the original URL 
when the shift back to the real page is done.
