How about-
It sounds like you are crashing with this build/install.
Try-
1. Uninstalling (confirm that the relevant directories are empty).
2. Delete your existing profile. Making sure you back up your bookmarks
and your mail.
3. Reinstalling .9 or perhaps even a very recent nightly build. The
nightly builds are a bit more likely to crash than a normal .9 install
but they are fast and there have been some nice improvements all around.
Just for comparision to your experience.
.7 .8 .81 .9 Milestone builds on Window2k and Linux are able to run for
days without problems in my experience.
