JTK, 203 fixed bugs in the last week says that people are aware of where
Mozilla is falling short, and are doing something about it. Constructive
criticism and bug reports, we like.

Could you please refrain from discouraging new people? I'm sure you would
be the first to admit that Mozilla needs the help. And, although (judging
by the amount of it you've done) you don't enjoy digging in and helping,
others might.
