Font problems (overlap, etc.)

Greetings, folks.  Just wondering what the proper forum is to discuss 
some font problems I'm seeing with Mozilla under Linux.  Fonts overlap 
each other (things like Google search results look REALLY screwed up), 
text exceeds the boundaries of table cells - stuff like that.
