I agree with this, but I guess AOL feels differently. I've had clients where
when I work on a home machine, they have 2 AOL icons on their desktop. One that
came with the OS which they've never touched, and the one that was installed by
the AOL virus - er, CD that is - they got in the mail, and use daily.
