He didn't specify W2K.  W2K and NT, to their merit, are smart enough to 
restart Explorer when IE or something else takes it down.  The WinXX's are a 
different story.

Yes, I do know what I'm doing, though it shouldn't matter since not needing 
to be an expert is a major part of Microsoft's entire product offering.
