Ok, I talked to one of the developers over at mozillazine on irc -- it
seems that both of these jsp pages are using document.layers which is
not supported by moz any longer.  It is old ns4 stuff, and is not w3c
compliant.  Therefore, don't expect these pages to work -- ever.
