What I found was that I had to go under ACCOUNT SETTINGS-> OUTGOING
SERVER -> USER SECURE CONNECTION -> NEVER ... the default there is "When
Available" ... now that I've changed it to "NEVER" I can send out
whatever I want... and also post to newsgroup, which I couldn't do
before I changed that setting... don't ask me why this works 'cuz idonno
- BUT I would like to know...
