No. Thanks for pointing this out.
I sent the feedback email address on that page the following email. If
anyone thinks I've misrepresented the position, please say so.

These newsgroups do not exist.
The current newsgroups for feedback on _Mozilla_ technologies in this
sphere (and therefore not Netscape 6, because Netscape 6 is based on a
very old build of Mozilla) are:
netscape.public.mozilla.dom
netscape.public.mozilla.xml
netscape.public.mozilla.style
However, please do not direct web-developers to these groups to ask
questions about how to _use_ the above three listed technologies, because
these are product development newsgroups. If you must point them to one of
Mozilla's newsgroups, please suggest netscape.public.mozilla.general.
The future Mozilla newsgroups, when your IS department gets its act
together, will be those listed at:
http://www.mozilla.org.uk/newsgroups.txt
The three groups you probably meant are:
mozilla.web-developers.css -
mozilla.web-developers.scripting - // dom and javascript
mozilla.web-developers.xml -
These newsgroups will be suitable for web-developers, and they will be
very welcome there.
Netscape is, of course, welcome to set up support forums for those using
and developing for its products.
