Set as desktop wallpaper???

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked before but is there a bug about this? 
I'm unable to set a picture as a windows background picture from the 
context menu....

Oh and I recieve an error when I try to delete mails from netscape 
webmail (no java script, but it is activcated)....anybody else seeing this?
