loader.exe

as far as I know, there would be a loader.exe to preload mozilla on 
windows startup. This would increase startup-time dramatically.

Is this only distributed in Mozilla 0.9.1 because I only dowloaden 
Nigthly's (latest is 2001060704) and I cana't find it.

Can't find anything else on the release notes.

Please inform me.
