Look at View Source. The page has not one but two (count 'em!) charset
tags, one for iso-8859-8, which is Visual Hebrew, and one for
windows-1255, which is Logical Hebrew. I can't find anything in the
standards to specify correct behaviour in such a situation, but
consistency is usually preferable.
You can get the same effect just by clicking Reload, BTW.
