Where to get IE6.0 PR1 "Refresh"

It seems that people (including me) are having problems finding where they can
get the new IE6.0 beta, which MS of course confusingly is calling a "Refresh".
On some machines it shows up in "Windows Update", on some it doesn't, etc.

It is available for all Windows platforms back to Win98.
