I write a little bit of freeware and open source on the side. I
frequently get email of the form "it doesn't do anything" or "it doesn't
work". Asking for a more specific report usually gets me something like
"1 GHz P-III, Win 98".
Someday, I'll get around to writing a nice set of form letters...
