Go to your profile folder
(c:\windows\anwendungsdaten\mozilla\profiles\YourProfile\xxxx.slt\),
there's a sub-folder "Mail" with all your mail servers as extra folders,
for example, pop.t-online.de, in there, delete inbox.msf, it will be
recreated by Mozilla.
