Hello, I am trying to reset the master password but am unable. I have tried following the instructions listed in the Help, but I don't have the option to "Set Master Password"; instead, I have "Change Master Password" which seems to request my old (unknown) password. I'd appreciate any help, or any direction to a more appropriate newsgroup.
