The behavior mentioned above is purely a bug in Mozilla. Looks like a 
fix will make 0.9.2.1, but people keep spamming the bug about other 
focus issues. It happens on all platforms, it appears.

As for Windows apps grabbing focus, it partly depends on what version of 
Windows you use. On Win95 and NT 4.0 and earlier, focus will be grabbed 
under the same circumstances in which you'd see a flashing taskbar 
button on 98 and 2000.
